📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time (3–7 business days).

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • all over Pakistan

  • For other regions, please contact us before placing an order.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

Local (within Pakistan) 3–5 business days
International Shipping 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping:  350 Pkr

  • Free shipping on orders over 10000

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking number.

❗ Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
