We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! 💛

🕒 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items (like custom stamps) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

To start a return, please email us at ideastore.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
